I am so grateful for such a wonderful experience. It has brought peace to my mind and mended my body. I have done yoga before, but it was my first time paddle boarding. Jill was patient and reassuring. I can't wait to be back again.
Great instructor with a great location. I'm a complete beginner, and chose [Deep Blue Yoga] because it was located in Greenlake and sounded less cold and I intimidating than other locations around Seattle. Jill was great, talking through how to balance in each move before starting the move, and offered plenty of modifications for each one. This is a great way to add a a new element to your yoga practice, add a little fun to SUP, or just get outside and enjoy a beautiful day. Can't wait to go back!

I expected this to be fun but it exceeded my expectations! Jill totally takes care of you in every way from teaching you to use the paddle board and offering modified yoga poses so you always feel comfortable. This was my first SUP yoga experience and I can't wait to do it again.
