Great instructor with a great location. I'm a complete beginner, and chose SUP Yoga Seattle because it was located in Greenlake and sounded less cold and I intimidating than other locations around Seattle. Jill was great, talking through how to balance in each move before starting the move, and offered plenty of modifications for each one. This is a great way to add a a new element to your yoga practice, add a little fun to SUP, or just get outside and enjoy a beautiful day. Can't wait to go back!

The owner, Jill, is so nice! Jill's new location is now on Leschi instead of Greenlake, but I liked it because it worked out my core more to do the movements. I did the SUP Yoga Flow SOL Yoga at 11AM and it was the perfect time! The sun was out and not too hot and there weren't too many boats.
She is very respectful of the COVID-19 regulations and keeps everyone safe! Which is great! She even had ziploc bags to hold on to your masks until you get into the water.

I expected this to be fun but it exceeded my expectations! Jill totally takes care of you in every way from teaching you to use the paddle board and offering modified yoga poses so you always feel comfortable. This was my first SUP yoga experience and I can't wait to do it again.
